摘    要:目的研究雪菊复合饮品急性毒性与抗疲劳作用。方法进行急性毒性实验,通过测定小鼠跑步力竭时间,确定雪菊复合饮品的抗疲劳作用。结果小鼠未出现毒性症状,脏器未发生病变,脏器系数差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),表明该饮品属于实际无毒性物质。与对照组相比,剂量组小鼠跑步力竭时间明显延长,高剂量组跑步力竭时间最长为3.07 h,为空白组2.5倍,组间显著性分析差异极显著(P <0.01),表明该饮品具有一定抗疲劳作用。结论雪菊复合饮品能增强小鼠抗疲劳能力,随着灌胃剂量浓度的增加抗疲劳作用越明显。

Abstract:Objective To study on acute toxicity test and anti-fatigue effect of compound beverage of Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt. Methods Acute toxicity tests are carried out, the time of running exhausted mice is measured, determination of the anti fatigue of compound beverage of Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt. Results No toxic symptoms are found in mice, there is no statistically significant in the difference of organ coefficient(P > 0.05), indicate that the compound beverage of Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt. is actually non-toxic material. Compared with the control group. The running time of mice in the dose group is significantly prolong, the longest running time of mice in the dose group is 3.07 hours, which is 2.5 times higher than that in the blank group. The differences between the groups are particularly significant(P < 0.01), the beverage has a certain anti-fatigue effect. Conclusion Compound beverage of Coreopsis tinctoria Nutt. can enhance the anti fatigue ability of mice, and its effect is concentration dependent.
