脊髓栓系综合征诊断及显微手术治疗

摘    要:目的 探讨小儿脊髓栓系综合征(TCS)的诊断及治疗。方法 对收治的TCS患儿52例,从临床表现、手术方法及疗效方面进行分析。结果 圆锥位置与B型超声、MRI一致,椎管内脂肪瘤皮样囊肿等与MRI一致。采用显微手术脊髓栓系松解治疗并不断改进手术方法,可提高疗效,减少并发症。结论 B超、MRI是检查诊断TCS的最好方法。显微外科手术松解脊髓及神经能使大部分TCS患儿症状减轻或治愈。改进手术方法可提高疗效,减少并发症。

Abstract:Objective To study the diagonais and treatment of tethered cord syndrome (TCS) in children. Methods 52 children with TCS were analysed in clinical features, operation and effects after operation. Results Level of conus medullaris in the children was same as the fingdings of B-mode sonography and of MRL.Lipoma and epidermal cyst was same as what MRI finded.Effects were advanced and complements were reduced by microscopic operation on children with TCS and by improving operation. Conclusion B-mode sonography and MRI was the best methods in examining and diagnosising TCS. TCS in most children could be cure or improved by microscopic operation of releasing couns medullaris and nerves roots. Effects were advanced and complements were reduced by microscopic operation on children with TCS and by reformig operation.
