穴位注射治疗支气管扩张咯血98例疗效观察

目的：观察穴位注射治疗支气管扩张咯血的临床疗效。方法：将98例患者随机分为鱼腥草穴注组和止血敏血穴注组各49例，分别采用鱼腥草注射和止血敏穴注双侧孔最穴治疗，7天后根据咯血症状的改善程度评定疗效。结果：鱼腥草穴注组临床治愈38例，好转8例，无效3例，总有效率93．88％，临床治愈率77．55％；止血敏穴注组临床治愈36例，好转11例，无效2例，总有效率95．92％，临床治愈率73．47％。2组总有效率、临床治愈率比较，差异均无显著性意义（P〉0．05）。结论：穴位注射孔最穴治疗支气管扩张咯血简便、安全、疗效确切，其治疗机理中起关键作用的是经穴，而药物则处于次要地位。

Treatment of Bronchiectasic Hemoptysis by Acupoint Injection: A Clinical Observation of 98 Cases

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of acupoint injection for bronchiectasic hemoptysis (BH) . Methods: 98 cases of BH were allocated to 2 groups randomly (each group 49 cases), and were treated by Injectio Houttuynia (IH)or Zhixuemin (ZXM) acupoint injection in bilateral Kongzui (LU 6) point individually, 7 days after treatment, according to the symptom of hemoptysis to evaluate the curative effect. Results: In IH group, 38 cases were cured, 8 cases improved and 3 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 93. 88% , the clinically cured rate was 77.55%; and 36, 11, 2, 95.92% and 73.47% in ZXM group respectively. The comparison of total effective rate and clinically cured rate in both groups showed no marked difference ( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: Acupoint injection in Kongzui point is convenient, safe and effective for BH. The chief mechanism is the acupoint, and the drug is the secondary aspect.
