| 摘 要： | 目的探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石联合体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法应用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术联合ESWL治疗输尿管结石56例。结果56例输尿管结石患者中,一次碎石成功率为87.5%,平均碎石时间为(10.6±2.5)m in,联合治疗总成功率为92.9%,3例碎石失败。结论采用此联合治疗的方法具有成功率高,损伤小,易操作等特点,是治疗输尿管结石较满意的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect patients with ureteral calculi who were treated with the combination of pneumatic impactor lithotripsy and ESWL.Methods Fifty-six cases of ureteral calculi were treated with above-mentioned treatment.Results Fifty-six cases of them were treated successfully by pneumatic lithotripsy with the cure rate of 87.5%.The mean time of lithotripsy was(10.6±2.5)minutes and the total rate of cure by the joint method was 92.9%.Three cases failed because of constricted ureter or distorted ureter.Conclusion Treatment of ureteral calculi with this combined method should be a good model of lithotripsy with the advantages of high efficiency and less invasive and simple managements as well. |
