交叉韧带止端撕脱骨折的手术治疗

目的：探讨交叉韧带上端撕脱骨折手术治疗的疗效。方法：1992年至2003年38例交叉韧带上端撕脱骨折，对19例采用切开复位钢丝内固定治疗。术中骨折均得到解剖复位。结果：术后骨折愈合良好，膝关节功能恢复满意。优良率为89％，而同期非手术治疗者优良率仅为73．2％。结论：单纯保守治疗，骨折块移位愈合，交叉韧带处于松弛状态，可引起膝关节不稳如继发性损害。采 用手术治疗则能满足骨折复位和膝关节功能恢复的需要。因此对该型骨折宜采用早期手术治疗为佳。

Surgical treatment of cruciate ligaments avulsion

Objective: To study the surgical treatment of cruciate ligaments avulsion. Method: We summarzed 38 cases CLA (cruciate ligaments avulsion) from 1992 to 2000, 19 cases of them were intermal fixed with steel by incision. AU the fracrure were anatomic reducton. Result: After the operation the acting function of knee yoint was suitable. The fracture was cured(89%). While the cure rate was only 73.2% for the monoperative patients. Conclusion: The conservative treatment will result into the displacement, lead the knee jiont into unstable: However, surgical treatment is suitable to the fracture and function of knee jiont. It's better for the fracture.
