武警部队卫生员常见寄生虫病健康教育效果观察

目的评价对某武警部队卫生员开展常见寄生虫病健康教育的效果。方法参照有关“KABP”调查标准,自行设计问卷,内容包括基本情况,常见寄生虫病知识、有关态度与信念以及预防行为。教育前现场编号,无记名调查。用SPSS10.0软件分析数据。结果健康教育前武警卫生员对寄生虫病防治知识、态度信念、行为平均得分分别为46.5、61.8、81.3;健康教育实施半年后平均得分分别为69.6、77.8、96.6,差异有显著性(P<0.001)。教育前后武警部队卫生员常见寄生虫病的预防知识知晓率、态度与信念、行为形成率也有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论在武警部队卫生员中开展寄生虫病的健康教育是有效的。

Effective evaluation on health education in the prevention of parasitic diseases in assistant nurse of police forces

Objective To assess the effect of health education for the prevention of common parasitic diseases on the assistant nurse of police forces. Methods The questionnaires were designed referring to the standard of KABP. The contents of survey included general situation, the knowledge of prevention on the common parasitic diseases (K), attitude(A) ,belief(B), practice and prevention behaviors(P) about it, then writing serial number, answering the test paper with no name before health education. The data was analyzed by SPSS10.0. Results Before health education ,the scores of K,A,B and P were 46.5?61.8?81.3,respectively, then the scores of K,A,B and P after health education were 69.6?77.8?96.6 (P<0.001), The difference were significantly .The rate of knowledge of prevention on the common parasitic disease, attitude, belief and practice were aespectively, also significantly difference between before and after health education.(P<0.01). Conclusion Health education of the common parasitic diseases prevention was a efficacious method in assistant nurse of police forces.
