冠状动脉旁路移植手术患者术前心理变化对病情的影响

目的　通过观察接受冠状动脉旁路移植手术冠心病患者的睡眠、心绞痛发作情况及心率、血压、空腹血糖波动情况 ,了解术前心理因素对病情的影响。方法　观察 50例接受冠状动脉旁路移植手术冠心病患者在转入外科前 3天 (A组 )及在术前 3天 (B组 )的睡眠、心绞痛发作情况及心率、血压、空腹血糖值波动情况 ,对两时段数据用t检验及 χ2 检验进行分析比较。结果　冠心病患者在失眠及心绞痛发作次数、心率、收缩压、空腹血糖值方面 ,术前3天与转入外科前 3天相比 ,差异有显著性意义。结论　接受冠状动脉旁路移植手术冠心病患者的术前心理因素对病情有明显影响。

The effect of psychology factor in patients receiving Coronary Artery Bypass Graft during preoperation

Objective To investigate the effect of psychology factor in patients receiving coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) during preoperation.Methods The symptoms of sleeplessness and angina pectorisis and the heart rate,blood pressure and fasting blood sugar were observed in 50 cases who receiving CABG during the 3 days before transfered to the heart surgery and the 3 days before CABG.The data were compared.Results The patients receiving CABG had significant increased in the frequency of sleeplessness and angina pectoris during the 3 days before CABG compared to the 3 days before transfered to the heart surgery.The heart rate,blood pressure and fasting blood sugar had also significant increased during the 3 days before CABG.Conclusion The psychology factor had significant effect in patients receiving CABG during preoperation.
