依年龄确定小儿胸部X线摄影曝光量与CR应用研究

目的:探讨出一种小儿胸部X线摄影曝光量的确定方法。材料与方法:依据各年龄组小儿体格生长发育的特点和规律,结合X线摄影技术的基本原理—拇指法则,首创了一种小儿胸部X线摄影曝光量的确定方法。对1~12岁小儿胸部随机CR摄影327例。结果:327例中,甲级片295例,占90%,乙级片32例,占10%,废片0例。其甲级片率明显高于国家要求的>40%的标准。结论:依小儿年龄确定小儿胸部X线摄影曝光量的方法,是切实可行的科学方法,这种X线曝光量的确定方法与CR、DR摄影技术相结合,能使小儿胸部X线摄影技术水平及质量有显著提高。
