HPLC法测定三号蛇胆川贝片中盐酸小檗碱的含量

目的：建立三号蛇胆川贝片中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法测定三号蛇胆川贝片中盐酸小檗碱的含量，色谱柱Diamonsil^TMC18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），流动相：乙腈-0．033mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾溶液（30：70）；流速：1．0mL·min^-1；检测波长：265nm；柱温：30℃。结果：进样量在0．09302—0．4226μg范围内盐酸小檗碱与峰面积响应值呈良好的线性关系，r=0．999；平均回收率为100．3％，RSD为1．17％（n=6）。结论：本方法操作简便，结果准确，灵敏度高，重现性好，能有效地控制三号蛇胆川贝片的质量。

Determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Sanhao Shedan Chuanbei Tablets by HPLC

Objective： To establish a quantitative method for Berberine Hydrochloride in Sanhao Shedan Chuanbei Tablets by HPLC.Methods：Diamonsd C18 column was used. The Aeetonitrile -0. 033 mol· L^-1 potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate（30： 70） solution was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^-1. The detection wavelength was set at 265 nm. Column temperature：30 ℃. Results：The linear range of Berberine Hydrochloride was from 0. 093 92 -0. 422 6 μg and the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 9. The average recovery rate was 100. 3 %, RSD was 1.17 % （n = 6）. Conclusion ：The method is convenient and accurate, reproducible and sensitie,whieh can be used to control the quality of Sanhao Shedan Chuanbei Tablets.
