| 摘 要： | 为探讨脐血浆中造血活性物质的作用,用半固体培养法对混合脐血浆、重组人造血生长因子及正常成人混合血清在体外对正常骨髓造血祖细胞集落形成的情况进行了比较.结果显示,成人混合血清对粒单祖细胞及红系祖细胞的集落形成无明显的刺激活性,而混合脐血浆对粒单祖细胞及红系祖细胞的集落形成具有较高水平的刺激活性,其作用与小牛血清加人重组GM-CSF相当(P>005,差异无显著性).以上结果提示脐血浆中含有较高水平的造血活性物质

| Abstract: | To investigate the hemopoietic effect of umbilical-cord blood plasma, the colony formation abilities of human bone marrow hemopoietic progenitors by mixed cord blood plasma, recombinant human hemopoietic growth factors and mixed adult serum were compared using semi-solid culture. The results showed that mixed adult serum has so significant activities on the colony formation of granular/mononcyte and erythroid lineage progenitors. In contrast, mixed cord blood plasma has relatively high level of activities on the colony formation of granular/mononcyte and erythroid lineage progenitors, and this effect is equal to that of newborn calf serum plus GM-CSF( P >0 05). Theses results suggested that umbilical-cord blood plasma has a high level of factors which could enhance hemopoiesis. |
