| 摘 要： | 用S-P免疫组化方法,检测51例原发性胃癌P53表达变化,探讨P53过度表达与胃癌生物学行为的关系.结果显示,P53阳性表达率为451%(23/51),其过度表达与胃癌分化程度、浸润深度无明显关系(P>005).伴淋巴结转移的胃癌P53阳性率为581%,而无淋巴结转移者阳性率为25%,两组有显著性差异(P<005).提示P53对胃癌的发生可能有重要作用,检测P53可作为判断胃癌预后的有效指标

| Abstract: | By using S-P immunohistochemical method, the correlation of the overexpression of P 53 with the biologic behavior of primary gastric carcinoma was studied. The results showed that 45 1%(23/51) of gastric carcinoma expressed high level of P 53 protein. This overexpression was not related to the differentiation and the status of cancerous infiltration degre of gastric carcinoma( P >0 05). The positive rate of P 53 was 58 1% which had lymph-node metastasis of gastric carcinoma while that without lymph-node metastasis of gastric carcinoma was 25%.Between them there was significant difference ( P <0 05). These data suggested that P 53 overexpression may play an important role in the genesis of gastric carcinoma and that P 53 immunostaining assay may be of great help in the evaluation of prognosis in patients with gastric carcinoma. |
