氟斑牙脱色后再矿化的临床研究

摘    要:对35例氟斑牙病人95颗牙齿进行脱色后再矿化治疗,将全部病例分成两组,A组用氟离子导入再矿化;B组行唾源性自然再矿化,同时在脱色前后及复查时测牙髓活力.结果:脱色处理后的氟斑牙和本身矿化不全者均可发生再矿化,唾源性再矿化需要一定的时间,而局部用氟可加速再矿化修复.因此,建议脱色后最好用离子导入式或局部涂氟,以促进再矿化修复

Abstract:fluorosis cases (total 95 teeth) were treated in the way of remineralization after decoloration. All cases were divided into two groups. Group A was treated with remineralization by fluorine ionic introduction. Group B was treated with natural remineralization by saliva source. The dental pulp activity was measured at the time of antedecoloration, postdecoloration and when the patient revisited the clinic. The results showed that the fluorosis teeth which were decolorated and those which themselves were incompletely mineralized could remineralize. The saliva-source remineralization took longer time, but the local fluoride-application might accelerate the remineralizing restoration. Thus, it is suggested to promote the remineralizating restoration by ionic introduction or local fluoridation.
