肝硬化出血患者血小板参数的变化分析

目的探讨血小板参数变化与肝硬化出血患者的关系.方法采用法国MS-9全自动血球计数仪检测41例肝硬化出血患者、47例溃疡病出血患者及41例健康对照组的比较血小板计数(PLT)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、平均血小板分布宽度(PDW).结果肝硬化出血组患者PLT低于溃疡病出血组和健康对照组(P＜0.01),MPV、PDW大于溃疡病出血组及健康对照组(P＜0.01),PLT、MPV、PDW溃疡病出血组与健康对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).肝硬化出血组输血止血后PLT显著增加(P＜0.01),但MPV、PDW变化不大(P＞0.05).住院期间经输血止血后再次出血率肝硬化出血组高于溃疡病出血组(P＜0.005).结论肝硬化患者由于存在血小板数量减少、血小板功能缺陷,具有易出血倾向,且出血后不易止血,输入新鲜血液有利于止血.

Changing of blood platelets parameter of liver cirrhosis bleeding patient

Objective To investigate the relationship between parameters variable of the blood platelet and cirrhosis bleeding.Method rench MS-9 fully automatic blood counter was used to examine the blood platelet three parameters-41 cirrhosis bleeding patients and 47 ulcer bleeding patients.Result Comparing the normal group with the ulcer group,there were remarkable differences(P<0.005) between the blood platelet count( PLT),the average blood platelet volume ( MPV ) and the blood width(PDW).Comparing the ulcer bleeding group with the normal group,there were no remarkable differences(P>0.05) among PLT,MPV,PDV.Comparing the cirrhosis bleeding group with the transfusion before or after stopping bleeding,PLT had obvious differences (P<0.005).MPV and PDW had no obvious differences(P>0.05).While in hospital,there were remarkable differences(P<0.005)in bleeding again after blood transfusion between the two groups.Conclusion Because the cirrhosis patients have less blood platelets and have the defect of blood platelet function,they tend to bleed easily,and they can not stop quickly.Transfusing fresh blood can help stop bleeding.
