江西省基层卫生适宜技术推广模式探讨

目的探索江西省基层卫生适宜技术最佳推广模式。方法选择江西省卫生厅组织的2004、2005年度农村卫生适宜技术“星火推广计划”、江西省中医药研究院在新建、南丰两示范县推广项目及江西省抚州市医学科学研究所自主选择项目推广的3种推广模式进行分析比较，通过举办培训班、操作示范、进修学习、现场指导、专题讲座及专题学术交流等形式。向市、县、乡三级医疗卫生机构进行卫生适用技术推广，建立面向基层推广适宜技术的最佳运作模式。结果最佳的推广模式为“政府主导＋协会组织＋市场导向”的综合推广模式。结论由卫生行政部门主导，协会组织，项目推广单位具体实施。以市、县、乡医疗卫生机构为依托，各相关医疗机构参与的推广模式有效可行。

Research on basic health promotion of Jiangxi appropriate technology pattern

OBJECTIVE To explore the best promotion mode of Jiangxi grassroots health suitable techniques. METHODS Choose jiangxi province in 2004 and 2005 the health organization for the rural health promotion plan, the analysis comparison on three promotion plan by Chinese Medicine Academy of Jiangxi extension project in Xinjian and Nanfeng county and independently choose the project by Fuzhou Medical Science Institute. Through training, operating demonstration, Studying, on-site guidance, seminars, and special academic communication, etc. To promote health applicable technology to the municipal and county, township level medical and health institutions and establish the best mode of operation. RESULTS The best mode for promotion is the government leading, association to organize and the market to dominate. CONCLUSION The most effective mode for promotion is led by the public health administrative department and association to organize, implementing by project promotion units, rely on municipal, county , townships and each related medical and health institutions of medical units
