奥硝唑与甲硝唑治疗牙周炎的成本-效果和不良反应分析

目的:评价奥硝唑与甲硝唑治疗牙周炎的疗效、不良反应及成本-效果。方法:将80例牙周炎患者随机分成两组,分别口服奥硝唑(治疗组)和甲硝唑(对照组),对奥硝唑与甲硝唑治疗牙周炎的疗效、不良反应并运用药物经济学成本-效果分析法进行评价。结果:奥硝唑与甲硝唑治疗牙周炎的总有效率基本相同,分别为97.5%和92.5%(P>0.05);不良反应发生率分别为5%和22.5%(P<0.01);成本-效果比分别为1.49和0.89(P<0.01)。结论:奥硝唑与甲硝唑均能有效治疗牙周炎;甲硝唑成本-效果比优于奥硝唑,但其不良反应发生率高于奥硝唑;从安全、依从性考虑,应优选用奥硝唑。

Cost-effectiveness analysis of ornidazole and metronidazole for treating gingivitis

OBJECTIVE To estimate the effects,adverse reaction and cost-effectiveness of ornidazole and metronidazole for treatment of gingivitis.METHODS 80 patients with gingivitis were randomly divided into two groups for treatment with oral ornidazole(the treatment group) or oral metronidazole(the control group) respectively.Their effects and the adverse reactions were observed.Meanwhile,cost-effectiveness of them was evaluated by pharmacoeconomics.RESULTS The effective ratios were 97.5% and 92.5%(P>0.05) respectively.The ratios of the adverse reaction were 5% for ornidazole and 22.5% for metronidazole(P<0.01).The cost-effectiveness ratio of ornidazole was 1.49 and 0.89 for metronidazole(P<0.01).CONCLUSION Both of ornidazole and metronidazole can effectively treat the Gingivitis.The cost-effectiveness ratio of metronidazole is lower than that of ornidazole.But the adverse reaction ratio of metronidazole is higher than that of ornidazole.Considering from the safety should choose prior to ornidazole.
