| Abstract: | HeLa-229 cells and the elementary bodies of Chlamydia trachomatis had a net negative electrical surface charge at neutral pH when measured by isoelectric focusing. Inclusion-forming and non-inclusion-forming elementary bodies focused in one band at pI 4.64. |
