| 摘 要： | 为了探讨缺血性脑血管病病人血浆中HDL-C的改变,我们测定了50例急性脑血栓形成病人的血中脂质,并与对照组进行了比较。实验结果表明脑血栓形成病人HDL-C低,而LDL-C及总胆固醇与对照组无差异,提示脑血栓形成病人的胆固醇代谢障碍主要表现为胆固醇难于清除。

| Abstract: | In order to investigate the changes of high density lipoprotein cholesterol in patients with acute cerebral thrombosis, we have observed the blood lipids in 50 cases with acute cerebral thrombosis and compared them with a control group. The experiement results show that high density lipoprotein cholsterol levels decreses in cerebral thrombosis, low density lipoprotein cholesterol and total cholesterol levels are not different from those of the control group and suggests that difficulty in cholesterol elimination seem mainly responsible for cholesterol deposit on arteral walls in the patients with cerebral thrombosis. |
