| 摘 要： | 目的评价Yashiro导管及RH导管在肝癌患者TACE治疗中的应用。方法235例肝癌患者中采用Yashiro导管治疗者182例286次。RH导管治疗者53例64次。结果Yashiro导管治疗超选成功271次,成功率约为94.8%。RH导管治疗超选成功56次,成功率为87.5%。Yashiro导管及RH导管超选成功率经卡方检验=3.38,P=0.048（P〈0.05）。结论在肝癌患者TACE治疗中,Yashiro导管较RH导管更易超选入供瘤动脉。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the application of yashiro catheter and RH catheter in TACE to treat HCC. Methods: In 235 hepatocellular carcinoma patients, 182 cases were treated 286 times with Yashiro catheters to superselect the artery supplying tumor, while 53 cases were operated 64 times with RH catheters. Results: The procedure was successful 271 times using Yashiro catheter, and the success rate was 94.8%. RH catheter did perfect 56 times and the rate was 87.5%.
