| 摘 要： | 目的 指导家庭早期开展脑瘫的康复训练。方法 采用日本九州大学小儿科《婴幼儿发育分析表》，对8例1-3岁脑瘫患儿的运动、社会及语言等方面进行综合评估并及时对照患儿存在的缺陷和不足，按照生长发育的规律和顺序强化康复训练。结果 8例患儿康复训练后评分与治疗前比较差异有显著性(P＜0.001)。结论 《婴幼儿发育分析表》提供了全面的动态评估方法，能指导家庭进行有针对性的康复训练，促进脑瘫患儿的整体康复。

| Abstract: | Objective To promote early rehabilitation of cerebral palsy infamily. Method “Analysis Tables of Infant and Toddler's Age Development” was adopted to assess 8 cases of cerebral palsy with 1-3 years in motor, society and language, etc. Results The score after rehabilitation was increased (P<0.001). Conclusion “Analysis Table of Infant and Toddler's Age Development” provided the whole and dynamic assessment method and could guide children in accordance with their special characteristics in family and promote overall rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy. |
