| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CTAP,CTA联合应用诊断肝小肿瘤的价值.材料和方法1996-01～2000-01哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院和日本医科大学附属病院门诊和住院患者,肝脏CT平扫和增强发现小于3cm病灶,需进一步精查者,共50例,年龄33～80岁,男女比例为41.每位患者均行CTAP和CTA两种检查.结果107个病灶,用CTAP和CTA联合检出病灶104个,定性病灶95个.手术和病理证实70个.CTAP对检出小病灶敏感性高达93%,而CTA对病灶的特异性好.结论CTAP和CTA联合应用可大大地提高正确诊断率.后者的研究和临床应用对小病灶的定性诊断有重要价值.

| Abstract: | Purpose: To evaluate CTAP and CTA in the diagnosis of hepatic small tumors. Material and Methods: From January 1996 to January 2000, combined CTAP and CTA were performed in 50 suspected cases of hepatic small tumors (40 men and 10 women, aged 33-80 years old) at affiliated first hospital of Harbin medical university and hospital of Japan medical university. Results: 104 lesions were detected from 107 by CTAP and CTA. 95 lesions were characterized and 70 were proved by pathology. Compared CTAP and CTA, CTAP had high sensitivity (93%), but CTA had high specificity. Conclusion: For hepatic small tumors, combined CTAP and CTA definitely could improve diagnostic accuracy. CTA play much important role in diagnosis of hepatic small tumors. |
