| 摘 要： | 目的:收集不同产地哈蟆油样品,比较各样品的营养成分。方法:采用化学及仪器分析的方法测定不同产地哈蟆油样品的营养成分,从营养成分角度出发,评价哈蟆油的营养保健价值。结果:哈蟆油含有丰富的营养成分,具有较高的营养保健价值。结论:不同产地哈蟆油所含的营养成分具有一定的相似性。
