44例持续性枕横位及枕后位手法旋转的临床观察

为了解手法旋转纠正持续性枕横位及枕后位的效果，对我院1999年1月至12月44例持续性枕横位及枕后位采取手法旋转。结果显示；44例中转至枕前位43例，失败1例，成功率为97．72％。说明对持续性枕横位及枕后位适时采用手法旋转，不仅可以缩短产程，减轻产妇痛苦，降低剖宫产率，阴道手术助产率及新生儿窒息率，而且操作简单，见效快，成功率高，是处理持续性枕横位及枕后位的有效方法之一。

Clinical Observation on 44 Cases of Persistent Occipitotransverse and Occipitoposterior Position Treated by Manual Rotation Reposition

To understand the effects on manual rotation to correct both persistent occipitotransverse and occipitoposterior position, 44 cases of patients admitted from January to December 1999 in our hospital were treat with manual rotation reposition. Results showed that 43 cases changed to occipitoanterior position,but one case did not change. Reposition success rate was 97.72%. Denoted that for those pregnant with persistent occipitotransverse and occipitoposterior position, manual rotation reposition being performed may shorten their stages of labor, abate their pain. It can lower cesarean section rate, the rate of operative delivery, and the incidence of neonatal asphyxia. Also it is easy to operate, with rapid effectiveness and high success rate. It is one of the effective ways to treat both persistent occipitotransverse and persistent occipitoposterior positions.
