茶碱缓释片治疗支气管哮喘和慢性喘息性支气管炎136例

采用茶碱缓释片治疗90例支气管哮喘和46例慢性喘息性支气管炎病人,用药后14d,两组患者临床症状和体征有效率分别为88.89%和84.78%,89.65%支气管哮喘和84. 62%慢性喘息性支气管炎患者较用药前FEV_1增值≥15%.血浓度测定结果显示,服首剂后4h可达有效血浓度并维持24h,连续服用28d无蓄积作用.10.29%病人发生不良反应.提示茶碱缓释片是一有效安全的平喘药.

CLINICAL EFFICACIES OF PROTHEO IN 136 PATIENTS WITH BRONCHIAL ASTHMA AND CHRONIC ASTHMA BRONCHITIS

90 patients with bronchial asthma and 46 patients with chronic asthmic bronchitis were treated with Protheo. After use of Protheo for 14 days,the effective rates of clinical symptoms and signs in these two groups were 88.89% and 84.78% respectively, and FEV1 increased more than 15% in 89. 65% patients with asthma and 84. 62% patients with chronic asthmic bronchitis. Determinations concentrations of theophyllin showed that effective blood concentration could be achieved 4 hours after first dosage and persisted for 24 hours, no accumulation was observed after 28 days of succeive use of Protheo. Adverse reaction occured in 29% patients. It is recommended to use this drug in treatment of bronchial asthma and chronic asthmic bronchitis.
