先天性心脏病介入治疗并发症的观察与护理对策

目的探讨先天性心脏病介入治疗后并发症的观察要点及护理对策。方法对232例先天性心脏病患者行介入治疗后予以严密观察病情变化,注意血压、心率、心律、心电图的改变,穿刺点及肢体的观察等。结果232例患者术后经抗感染、抗凝药物等治疗并采取相应的观察及护理后,无严重并发症发生。结论先天性心脏病介入治疗是一种安全、有效、创伤小、并发症少的微创手术方法。护理人员要全面掌握先天性心脏病介入治疗的有关知识,预见潜在的危险因素,有针对性、有目的地进行观察及护理,保证手术成功。

Observation and nursing care of patient with complication of congenital heart disease undergoing transcatheter occlusion

Objective To conclude the points and methods of observing complications of patients with congenital heart disease(CHD) undergoing transcatheter occlusion(intervention therapy),in order to improve the quality of nursing care.Methods Attentive observation were applied to 232 patients after transcatheter occlusion,and the changes of blood pressure,heart rate,heart rhythm and electrocardiogram were observed,the wound and the inferior liferior limb were also included.Results All patients rehabilated back home with drugs under antiim flammatory and anticoagulation the therapy and corresponding nursing care without sever postoperative complications.All patients were fellow up.Conclusion Interventional therapy is characterized with small wound and few complications.The nursing staff must comprehensively grasp the knowledge about transcatheter occlusion to CHD.And predict the latent Factors of danger.It is the key thatintent and detective observation and nursing to prevent and reduce complications,assure the safety and success of operation.
