| 摘 要： | 考虑到常见病的入院诊断及出院结果易明确，病种分型比较简单，在住院病人中占较高比例，从常见病入手，运用数理统计方法，根据ICD-10及美国DRGs的病种病例分型方法，探讨阑尾切除术、胆囊切除术、剖宫产、阴道分娩及小儿支气管肺炎等5个常见病种的病例分型，可操作性强，易为大家所接受。

| Abstract: | As result of confirming the diagnosi s and outcome of patient definitely,and it is simple to define and classif y of common diseases in hospitals.These common diseases are in the majority i n all inpatient cases.To study classification of cases from common and frequently dis eases are acceptable.To discuss the cases classification of 5common dis eases which are appendectomy ,pure cholecyst excision,caesarean section,vaginal delivery and bronchopneumo nia using statistics method,ICD-10and the way of DRG S . |
