脑中风偏瘫早期运动按摩康复治疗的临床分析

目的：观察中风偏瘫早期运动按摩治疗的效果。方法：我们将患者随机分为对照组和康复组，治疗前均进行运动功能、生活能力、并发症及过去史评价。然后两组除常规药物治疗外，康复组均进行早期运动按摩治疗，一月后两组进行疗效对比。结果：康复组治疗后患者生活能力和瘫肢运动能力有明显提高，治疗前后两项评定对比P＜0．01，康复组与对照组治疗后两项评定对比，康复组明显优于对照组，P＜0．01，说明两组差异显著。结论：以上结果说明开展脑中风早期运动按摩康复治疗优于单纯药物治疗，其具有广泛的实用性和明显的疗效性，值得推广应用。

The clinical analysis of rehabilitation effects on stroke hemiparalysis
