大学生心理障碍的人格特征及临床分析

目的探讨具有心理障碍的大学生的人格特征及临床特点。方法对52名有心理障碍的大学生采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、艾森克人格问卷简式量表（EPQ）进行测试。结果有心理障碍的大学生SCL-90各因子与常模比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。N、P与总症状指数、HAMA、HAMD评分呈正相关，E、L与之呈负相关，多种原因能造成心理障碍：焦虑、抑郁是主要的临床症状。结论心理障碍的产生具有一定的人格特征，应进行早期的心理干预，必要时临床治疗。

A Study of Personality and Clinical Features of College Students with Mental Disorder

Objective To stuty personality and clinical feature of college students with mental disorder. Methods 52 college students with mental disorder were assassed with SCL--90, HAMA.HAMD and EPQ. Results The total seore of SCL --90 were higher than the score of the normal group. The mean score and factor scores of SCL--90, the scores of HAMA and HAMD were positively correlated to the N and P scores of EPQ, negativety correlated to the E and L scores of EPQ, Anxiety and depression were the main symptoms. Concinsion Personality was concerned with the mental disorder, Anxiety and depression were the main mental disorder early psychological intervention and clinical treatiny were necessity.
