朱琏针灸兴奋法在中风病偏瘫中的运用

目的观察朱琏的针灸兴奋法对中风病恢复期偏瘫症状的临床疗效。方法采用历史性对照研究法。将我院针灸科不同诊室的中风病恢复期偏瘫患者，分为两组，分别采用朱琏针灸兴奋法和普通电针法治疗，所取穴位基本相同，每日针灸1次．10次为1个疗程，对治疗1～6个疗程内的患者进行疗效评定。两组均进行治疗前后病类诊断标准评分。结果两组临床疗效比较，经秩和检验，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）：且显效率比较，朱琏针灸兴奋法组高于电针组（P〈0．05）；但两组治疗后病类诊断标准评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）：而治疗所需天数比较，朱琏针灸兴奋法组少于电针组（P〈0．01）。结论朱琏针灸兴奋法，较之于电针法，对中风病恢复期患者有良好的较快的改善偏瘫症状的作用。

Use of ZHU Lian's Acupuncture Exciting Method for Apoplectic Hemiplegia
