| 摘 要： | 目的 ]研究铅对雄性生殖系统的毒性作用。 方法 ]将大鼠睾丸制成匀浆 ,在不同浓度铅的作用下分别测定钙调素 (CaM)的活性及其依赖的Ca2 ATP酶的活性 ,并计算半数抑制浓度IC50 值。 结果 ]Pb2 对CaM活性抑制的IC50为 2 0mmol/L ,对Ca2 ATP酶活性抑制的IC50 为 1 2mmol/L。 结论 ]Pb2 不仅抑制了睾丸组织中CaM的活性 ,而且同时也抑制Ca2 ATP酶的活性 ,这可能是铅的雄性生殖毒性的生化机制

| Abstract: | To test the toxic effect of lead on male reproductive system. The activity of CaM and Ca 2 -ATPase controlled by CaM was determined in rat testicle homogenate treated with lead at different concentrations,and the values of IC 50 were calculated. The IC 50 of the inhibition activities of CaM and Ca 2 -ATPase resulted from Pb 2 exposure were 2.0 mmol/L and 1.2 mmol/L,respectively. Conclusion] Pb 2 has shown the inhibition effects on the activities of CaM and Ca 2 -ATPase in testicle tissue.This might be the biochemical mechanism for lead-induced reproductive toxicity in males. |
