Rb2／pl30在食管鳞癌中的表达及其意义以及同Survivin相关性分析

目的研究Rb2／p130、Survivin在食管鳞癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测20例癌旁正常食管组织、62例食管鳞状细胞癌组织中Rb2／p130、Survivin的表达。结果在癌旁正常组织黏膜、食管鳞癌中，Rb2／p130的阳性表达率分别为90％（18／20）、43．5％（27／62）；Survivin分别为0、56．5％（35／62）；在不同分化程度的食管鳞癌中，Rb2／p130（x^2=14．982，P=0．001）、Survivin（x^2=9．685，P=0．006）表达强度的差异均有显著性；在不同临床分期的食管鳞癌中，Rb2／p130（x^2=7．655，P=0．022）、Survivin（0=11．041，P=0．004）表达强度的差异均有显著性；Rb2／p130（x^2=10．162，P=0．001）、Survivin（0=4．659，P=0．031）表达强度在淋巴结有转移组和淋巴结无转移组之间，差异亦均有显著性。癌细胞分化程度越低，临床分期越晚，淋巴结有转移，Survivin，Rb2／p130则表达显著减弱。两者的表达强度与食管鳞癌的肿瘤部位、肿瘤长度均无关；Spearman等级相关分析结果显示：Rb2／p130与Survivin之间的表达强度呈显著负相关（rs=-0．475，P〈0．001）。结论Rb2／p130低表达以及Survivin高表达，在食管癌的发生和发展中起着重要作用。

Expression and significance of Rb2/pl30 and its correlation with Survivin in esophageal squamous carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Rb2/pl30 and Survivin in esophageal squamous carcinoma （ ESC ）. Methods Expression of Rb2/pl30 and Survivin in ESC tissues and normal tissues adjacent to ESC were respectively determinated using immunoehemical methods in 63 patients and 20 patients. Correlation analysis was performed between expression of Rb 2/p130 and Survivin and clinicopathologieal parameters. Results The positive expression rates of Rb2/pl30 in normal esophageal tissue （90%）was significantly higher than ESC （43.5 % ） （P 〈 0. 001 ）. Survivin in normal esophageal tissue and ESC was 0,56. 4%, the difference were high significant. Low Rb2/pl30 expression in the ESC was significantly associated with tumor differentiation （ x^2 = 14. 982 ,P = 0. 001 ）, clinical stage （ X^2 = 7. 655, P = 0. 022 ）, lymphnode metastasis （ X^2 = 10. 162, P = 0. 001 ）, not associated with tumor location and size. Over expression of Survivin was significantly associated with tumor differentiation （ X^2 = 9. 685, P = O. 006 ）, clinical stage （ X^2 = 11. 041, P = 0. 004 ）, lymphnode metastasm （ X ^2= 4. 659 ,P =0. 031 ） ,not associated with tumor location and size. Spearman correlation analysis test showed a negative correlation between Rb2/pl30 and Survivin （ rs = - 0. 475, P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusions Rb2/pl30 lowly expressed and Survivin highly expressed may play an important role in development and progress of ESC .
