低钠血症24例临床分析

目的探讨低钠血症血钠水平的临床意义。方法回顾分析24例低钠血症的临床资料,根据低钠血症主要原因和缺钠不同,采取相应的治疗措施,如停用利尿剂、限水、补充营养、改善通气等。结果本组24例患者,20例经综合治疗,治愈或好转出院。严重低钠血症死亡2例,合并重度心衰死亡2例。结论低钠血症是多因素作用的结果,病因不同,处理不同。早发现,早治疗,预后良好。血钠降低程度直接影响预后,重症低钠血症或合并重要脏器衰竭者预后不良。

Clinical Analysis of 24 Patients with Hyponatremia

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of blood sodium level in hyponatremia. Methods The clinical data of 24 patients with hyponatremia were retrospectively analyzed. According to the main cause factors hyponatremia and degree of sodium deficiency ,the appropriative therapies,stopping diuretic ,limiting water, giving nutrient, improving breath and the like were performed. Results All 24 cases ,22 cases were cured or improved ,2 cases with severe hyponatremia died,2 cases with severe heart failure died. Conclusion Hyponatremia is caused by diversified factors. Deferent therapies can be chosen according to the causes of disease. The early diagnosis and treatment are beneficial to the prognosis of patients. To the contrary, the extreme low level of blood sodium and important organs failure will be disadvantageous to the prognosis.
