摘    要:汕头大学医学院十分注重学生的能力培养,在实施新教学模式中,以学生的能力培养为主线,实施“4个4”能力培养方案,即以终身学习、沟通技能、临床基本技能、机能学4门技能课程为龙头,在临床技能训练中采用模拟技术、虚拟技术、网络技术和标准化病人4种主要教学手段与临床实践相结合,安排第七学期~第十学期共4个学期的临床见习、实习及强化实习,坚持4种技能考核制度严格评价和考核学生的基本技能,从而构建起医学生全程能力培养体系。该体系从2002年开始实施,经过近6年的实践,已经取得了明显的效果,提高了学生的临床基本技能、临床思维能力和分析问题、解决问题的能力。

Abstract:In order to enhance overall clinical ability of medical students we focused on constructing a new teaching model of all-round capability training.A training program named "4×4 capability training program" was implemented.Four technological courses named lifelong learning,communication skills,basic clinical skills and practice combination class were introduced.Four teaching means were combined with clinical practice including simulation technique,virtual reality technology,network technology and standard patients.Clinical probation and practice was carried through over four semesters.Four kinds of clinical skill examination were used to evaluate the students.This new model of capability training effectively improved the students' basic clinical skills,clinical thinking,problem analysis and solving ability.
