人发微量、宏量元素与血压和脑卒中关系的探讨

本研究使用中子活化测定方法分析对比了我国不同地区三个人群头发中微量元素及宏量元素与血压和脑卒中的关系.结果表明发镧、锌、锰、铜及钙、镁含量在人群间有显著性差异.发镧与血压水平呈正相关,而必需微量元素锌、锰与血压呈负相关.提示镧系元素,尤其镧在人发中和体内含量过高可能与血压升高有关,而锌、锰及宏量元素钙、镁、钾可能是预防血压升高及脑卒中的保护因素.

Comparison of trace end macro elements in human hair related to blood pressure and stroke among three Chinese population groups

Hair concentrations of trace and macro elements determined by neutron activation analysis were compared among three Chinese population groups in order to explore the possible relations between elements in human hair and blood pressure and stroke. The results showed that hair levels of La, Zn, Mn. Cu, Ca and Mg were remarkably different among those population groups levels of log La were found to associate positively with both systolic and diastolic blood pressure while the contents of the trace elements of Zn and Mn in hair were negatively correlated with blood pressure. It is considered that higher level of elements in La section ,specially La in human hair of body might be associated with blood pressure abnormally elevating and that Zn, Mn as well as macro elements of Ca, Mg and K might be potentially beneficial factors in preventing blood pressure to elevate and de-
