| 摘 要： | 本文报告了用司帕沙星20、100mg/kg/日给雄性动物交配前连续给药60天,雌性动物在受孕前连续给药14天,受孕后再继续给药6天。对胎鼠存活数,死亡数、吸收胎数、胚胎发育、外表,骨骼和骨脏及交配率均无影响,无一般生殖毒性。

| Abstract: | This paper reported the fertility toxicity of sparfloxacin administered daily by gavage to mice at the dosages of 20 and lOOmg/kg for 60 days to male mice and females were 14 days before pairing, and throughout 7 days of gestation.There were no effects on gross appearances of both sex in the F0. At all dosages,sparfloxacin was without adverse effects upon mating performance and fertility,or upon survival, growth and development in utero. |
