5-单硝异山梨酯针剂静脉滴注对急性心肌梗死患者心功能的影响

目的：探讨5-单硝异山梨酯(IS-5-MN,鲁南欣康)对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者心功能的影响。方法：对64例AMI心功能为Ⅱ～Ⅲ级的患者进行静脉滴注IS-5-MN与硝酸甘油治疗的临床对比观察,并于治疗前后进行核素心肌显像及核素心室造影,以估测心肌缺血面积和判断左室功能改变。结果：两组治疗3周后心肌缺血面积和心肌功能较治疗前均有所改善。IS-5-MN治疗效果明显优于硝酸甘油组。梗死后心绞痛及室壁瘤发生率也较对照组明显下降。结论：IS-5-MN静脉滴注治疗有利于AMI后心肌灌注和心功能的恢复。

Effects of isosorbide-5-mononitrate injection on cardiac function in patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective To assess the efficacy of isosrbide 5 mononitrate on cardiac function of patients with acute myocardial farction (AMI).Methods The efficacy of lsosorbide 5 mononitrate and nitroglycerin for treatment of heart failure due to AMI was compared in 64 patients,and radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging and ventriculography were performed to estimate myocardial ischemic area (AMI) and ventricular function.Results AMI and ventricular function were improved in both isosorbide 5 mononitrate group and nitroglycerin group after 3 week treatment,however the therapeutic effects of isosorbide 5 mononitrate were more remarkable than that of nitroglycerin group.The incidences of post infarction angina and ventricular aneurysm were also lower in the lsosorbide 5 mononitrate group.Conclusion Intravenous injection of isosorbide 5 mononitrate is beneficial to the improvement of ventricular function and myocardial reperfusion after AMI.
