血脂康对2型糖尿病糖代谢的影响

目的 :探讨降脂药物 -血脂康对 2型糖尿病糖代谢的影响。方法 :将伴有高脂血症的 6 5例糖尿病患者随机分为两组 ,保持原糖尿病治疗方案不变。治疗组加服血脂康 2粒 ,2次 /天 ;对照组不加服。结果 :12周以后发现治疗组血胆固醇、甘油三酯、LDL-C、空腹血糖有较明显下降 ,糖耐量改善 ,胰岛素敏感指数上升 ,而对照组无显著变化。结论 :血脂康除能改善脂代谢以外 ,还有助于改善糖代谢。

Effect of Xuezhikang on glucose metabolism of type 2 diabetes mellitus

Obejective: It is to study the effect of Xuezhikang on glucose metabolism of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: Sixty-five patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups. The original antihyperglydemia therapy was maintained. Treatment group was treated with Xuezhikang 0.6g, twice a day, while control group was not given. Results: After treatment for 12 weeks, in treatment group serum cholesterol, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and fasting blood glucose decreased obviously, glucose tolerance improved and insulin sensitivity index increased. These changes were not observed in the control group. Conclusion: In addition to improved lipid metabolism disturbance, Xuezhikang can also improve glucose metabolism disturbance.;
