| 摘 要： | 本文在总结军队医院开展对外交流基础上,提出了增强外事规章制度的落实力度,提高对外事资源的管理与利用,提升对外交往的主动性、计划性,拓宽管理干部对外交往的渠道,加大对外交往工作的支持力度等对策,为对外交流工作的发展提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The author made a summary on the foreign exchanges of military hospitals.On this basis,the article made recommendation on the development of foreign exchanges of the hospitals,which included enhancing efforts to implement the rules and regulations of foreign affairs,improving management and utilization of foreign affairs resource,upgrading initiative and planning,expanding the channels of foreign exchanges of management personnel,increasing support for foreign exchanges,and so on. |
