儿童新型隐球菌脑膜炎15例临床特征分析

目的探讨儿童新型隐球菌脑膜炎的临床特点、早期诊断方法和误诊原因.方法回顾性分析15例经病原学检查确诊的新型隐球菌脑膜炎临床资料.结果 15例新型隐球菌脑膜炎有14例院外误诊;脑脊液改变与结核性脑膜炎相似.结论儿童新型隐球菌脑膜炎是以发热和颅内高压为主要特点,发病年龄有小龄化趋势,误诊率极高,反复脑脊液检查有助于早期诊断,防止误诊.

The analysis of the clinical characteristics of cryptococcal meningitis in children

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and the methods of early diagnosis, and the causes of the misdiagnosis in children with cryptococcal meningitis.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 15 patients with cryptococcal meningitis.Results In this study, 14 children with cryptococcal meningitis misdiagnosed were found before being hospitalized into our hospital. The changes of cerebrospinal fluid in children with cryptococcal meningitis was similar to those with tubercular meningitis.Conclusion The characteristic manifestation of cryptococcal meningitis in children mainly include fever and intracranial hypertension. The age of the onset of cryptococcal meningitis has a tendency to become younger than that of which mentioned in the initial references.The rate of misdiagnosis is very high.It is helpful to make an early diagnosis, and to have this disease prevent from misdiagnosis by examination of cerebrospinal fluid performed repeatedly.
