眩晕宁配合针灸治疗眩晕80例

目的评价眩晕宁配合针灸治疗眩晕的临床疗效。方法选择以眩晕症为主要表现的患者80例．随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例，治疗组40例采用眩晕宁配合针灸治疗，对照组40例采用盐酸培他司汀治疗。60d后分别观察两组患者临床疗效。结果两组患者的临床疗效间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者治疗前后肝肾功能，血、尿常规无异常变化，未见过敏反应。结论眩晕宁配合针灸能有效改善眩晕症患者临床症状及日常生活能力，是一种安全有效的方法。
