优质手术室护理在鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术中的应用效果

探讨优质手术室护理在鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术中的应用效果。方法 选取我院 2022年6月-2023年6月收治的50例行鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正术患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为 对照组、观察组，各25例。对照组予以常规手术室护理，观察组予以优质手术室护理，比较两组心理状况 及护理满意度。结果 观察组干预后SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组 护理满意度为96.00%，高于对照组的72.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对行鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏 曲矫正术的患者行优质手术室护理可缓解患者负面情绪，且满意度较高，值得临床应用。

Application Effect of High Quality Operating Room Nursing in Nasal Septum Deviation Correction Under Nasal Endoscope

To explore the application effect of high quality operating room nursing in nasal septum deviation correction under nasal endoscope. Methods From June 2022 to June 2023, 50 patients undergoing endoscopic nasal septum deviation correction in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was given routine operating room nursing, and the observation group was given high quality operating room nursing. The mental status and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than 72.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion High quality operating room nursing for patients undergoing nasal septum deviation correction under nasal endoscope can alleviate patients'' negative emotions, and patients'' satisfaction is high, which is worthy of clinical application.
