全瓷牙美容修复对牙美容效果的影响

分析全瓷牙美容修复对牙美容效果的影响。方法 选取2022年6月-2023年10月毕节市第三人民医院收治的牙美容患者58例，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组29例。对照组行钴铬合金烤瓷冠修复方案，观察组行二氧化锆全瓷牙美容修复方案，比较两组牙美容修复效果满意度、美容效果（色泽、外形、整体美观、面部情况）、生活质量。结果 观察组牙美容修复效果满意度为100.00%，高于对照组的89.66%（P＜0.05）；两组修复后色泽、外形、整体美观及面部情况评分低于修复前，且观察组色泽、外形、整体美观及面部情况评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分均高于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 在牙美容修复中，行全瓷牙美容修复术有利于改善患者生活质量，获得理想牙美容效果，提高患者满意度。

Effect of All-ceramic Aesthetic Restoration on the Aesthetic Effect of Teeth

To analyze the effect of all-ceramic aesthetic restoration on the aesthetic effect of teeth. Methods A totalof 58 patients with dental cosmetology admitted to Bijie Third People''s Hospital from June 2022 to October 2023 were selected anddivided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 29 patients in each group. Thecontrol group was treated with cobalt-chromium alloy porcelain crown aesthetic restoration scheme, and the observation group wastreated with zirconium dioxide all-ceramic aesthetic restoration scheme. The satisfaction of dental aesthetic repair effect, aestheticeffect (color, shape, overall beauty, facial condition) and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results Thesatisfaction rate of dental aesthetic repair effect in the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 89.66% in the controlgroup (P <0.05). The scores of color, shape, overall beauty and facial condition in the two groups after repair were lower than thosebefore repair, and the scores of color, shape, overall beauty and facial condition in the observation group were lower than those inthe control group (P <0.05). The scores of physiological function, physiological function, body pain, general health status, energy,social function, emotional function and mental health in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion In dental aesthetic repair, all-ceramic aesthetic restoration is beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients, obtainideal dental aesthetic effect, and improve patient satisfaction.
