人性化护理干预在手部烧伤整形患者术后的应用效果

探讨人性化护理干预在手部烧伤整形患者中的护理效果。方法 选取我院2021年4月-2023年4月收治的80例手部烧伤整形患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为参照组和研究组,各40例。参照组实施常规化护理干预,研究组实施人性化护理干预,比较两组护理质量、生活质量、护理满意度、手部功能和并发症发生情况。结果 研究组护理优良率为97.50%,高于参照组的82.50%,差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）;研究组生活质量优于参照组,差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）;研究组护理满意度为95.00%,高于参照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）;研究组护理后手部功能优于参照组,差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）;研究组并发症发生率为5.00%,低于参照组的22.50%,差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论 人性化护理干预可提升手部烧伤整形患者的护理质量、生活质量和护理满意度,增强其手部功能,减少并发症的发生几率,值得临床应用。

Application Effect of Humanized Nursing Intervention in Patients with Hand Burn andPlastic Surgery

To explore the nursing effect of humanized nursing intervention in patients with hand burn andplastic surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients with hand burn and plastic surgery admitted to our hospital from April 2021 toApril 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into reference group and study group by random numbertable method, with 40 patients in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing intervention, and the studygroup was given humanized nursing intervention. The nursing quality, quality of life, nursing satisfaction, hand function andcomplications were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of nursing in the study groupwas 97.50%, which was higher than 82.50% in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Thequality of life of the study group was better than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.00%, which was higher than 77.50% of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The hand function of the study group after nursing was better thanthat in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the studygroup was 5.00%, which was lower than 22.50% in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention can improve the nursing quality, quality of life and nursing satisfaction ofpatients with hand burn and plastic surgery, enhance their hand function, and reduce the occurrence of complications, whichis worthy of clinical application.
