二氧化锆全瓷冠修复对牙体缺损患者的效果及对牙周健康情况、美观效果的影响

分析对牙体缺损患者应用二氧化锆全瓷冠修复的临床效果。方法 选取弥渡县人民医院 2021年1月-2022年12月收治的48例牙体缺损患者为研究对象，根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组，每 组24例。对照组采用钴铬合金烤瓷冠修复治疗，观察组采用二氧化锆全瓷冠修复治疗，比较两组牙周健康 情况、美观效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗6个月后菌斑指数、牙龈指数均低于对照组，差异 有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗6个月后红色美学评分（PES）和白色美学评分（WES）均高于对照 组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为4.17%，低于对照组的33.33%，差异有统计 学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 针对牙体缺损患者采用二氧化锆全瓷冠修复的效果良好，可有效改善患者的牙 周健康情况，有利于提高牙齿美观效果，且不良反应的发生风险较低，安全性及有效性均较高。

Application Effect of Zirconia All-ceramic Crown Restoration in Patients with Dental Defect

To analyze the clinical effect of zirconia all-ceramic crown restoration in patients with dental defect. Methods A total of 48 patients with dental defect admitted to Midu County People''s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 24 patients in each group. The control group was treated with cobalt-chromium alloy porcelain crown restoration, and the observation group was treated with zirconia all-ceramic crown restoration. The periodontal health, aesthetic effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The plaque index and gingival index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after 6 months of treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The pink esthetic score (PES) and white esthetic score (WES) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after 6 months of treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.17%, which was lower than 33.33% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of zirconia all-ceramic crown restoration for patients with dental defects is good, which can effectively improve the periodontal health, and is conducive to improving the aesthetic effect of teeth. Meanwhile, the risk of adverse reactions is low, and the safety and effectiveness are high.
