熏蒸液+玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗在干眼症患者中的临床效果

分析熏蒸液+玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床效果。方法 选取2021年12月-2022年12月宁夏中医医院暨中医研究院中医眼科收治的70例干眼症患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各35例。对照组予以玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗，观察组予以明目熏蒸液+玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗，比较两组临床疗效、中医证侯积分、泪液分泌试验、泪膜破裂时间以及角膜荧光染色情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为97.56%，高于对照组的78.57%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗后眼干、黑睛生星翳、白睛干燥及口干积分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗后SIt及BUT均高于对照组，FL低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论 在玻璃酸钠滴眼液基础上配合明目熏蒸液治疗气阴两虚证干眼症效果确切，有助于改善泪液分泌、泪膜破裂时间及角膜荧光染色情况，减轻临床症状，具有较高的安全性。

Clinical Effect of Fumigation Solution and Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops in theTreatment of Xerophthalmia

To analyze the clinical efficacy of fumigation solution and sodium hyaluronate eye drops in thetreatment of xerophthalmia. Methods From December 2021 to December 2022, 70 patients with xerophthalmia admitted tothe Department of Ophthalmology, Ningxia Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Institute of Traditional ChineseMedicine were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by randomnumber table method, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops, andthe observation group was treated with Mingmu fumigation liquid and sodium hyaluronate eye drops. The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score, tear secretion test, tear film rupture time and corneal fluorescence staining were compared betweenthe two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.56%, which was higher than78.57% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of dry eye,black eye nebula, white eye dryness and dry mouth in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, andthe differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, SIt and BUT in the observation group were higherthan those in the control group, and FL was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion On the basis of sodium hyaluronate eye drops, Mingmu fumigation liquid is effective in the treatmentof xerophthalmia with Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome. It is helpful to improve tear secretion, tear film rupture time andcorneal fluorescence staining, reduce clinical symptoms, and has high safety.
