| 摘 要： | 采用透射电镜和酶联免疫吸附试验(间接混合夹心法)方法检测110份临床疑似秋季腹泻。透射电镜观察到阳性者为47例,阳性率为42.7％。ELISA检测阳性者为85例,阳性率为77.3％。其阳性和阴性符合率总计为51.9％。ELISA检测阳性,电镜观察阴性为41.8％。

| Abstract: | The faecal samples from 110 children with acute gastroenteritis were examined by electron microscopy (EM) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for detecting the rotavirus. The diagnostic positive rate by EM is 42.7% (47/ 110), While that by ELISA is 77.3% (85/110). The rate of coincidence with positive results is 35.2%. The rate of coincidence with negative is 16.4%. A total of coincidental rate is 51.9%. The positive of ELISA but negative by EM was 41.8%. |
