女性生殖道支原体感染调查及药敏结果分析

目的:了解女性生殖道支原体感染及临床药敏情况。方法:对广东省梅州市计划生育服务中心1205例妇科门诊患者进行宫颈分泌物支原体培养,并对阳性标本做9种抗菌素药敏试验。采用支原体分离鉴定计数药敏试剂盒进行检测。结果:1205例中支原体阳性537例,感染率为44.6%,其中解脲支原体(UU)阳性482例(89.8%)、人型支原体(Mh)阳性11例(2.0%)、两种支原体混合感染44例(8.2%);药物敏感情况,对UU、Mh、及UU、Mh混合感染敏感的前三种药物均为:交沙霉素、强力霉素、美满霉素。结论:在本研究中门诊女性生殖道支原体感染率为44.6%,交沙霉素是治疗UU感染、Mh感染及UU、Mh混合感染的首选药物,其次是强力霉素、美满霉素。

Mycoplasma Infection in Female Genital Tract and Drug Sensitivity

Objective: To investigate the mycoplasma infection in female reproductive tract and drug sensitivity. Methods: Vaginal discharges from 1,205 women who visited our service center were cultured for detecting positive sample of mycoplasma, and then 9 kinds of bacteriophage drug sensitivity tests were done using 9 kinds of antibiotics respectively. Results: There were 537 (44.6%) cases showed positive in 1,205 cases. Of them, there were 482 (89.8%) cases for ureaplasma urealyticum (UU), 11 (2.0%) cases for mycoplasma humenis (Mh), 44 cases (8.2%) for both of mixed infections. The first three kinds of drugs in turn were josamycin, doxycycline, minocyclin according to drug sensitivity. Conclusion: The rate of mycoplasma infection in female reproductive tract is 44.6%. The first choice is josamycin for UU, Mh and mixed infection and the next drugs are doxycycline and minocyclin.
