新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病血清NO与丙二醛改变

摘    要:为探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病不同程度时血清NO与丙二醛(MDA)的动态变化,我们检测了70例新生儿HIE患儿血清NO与MDA水平。结果HIE患儿血清NO与MDA在生后24h-36h明显高于对照组且随HIE严重而加重。5-7天时二者水平显著降低(P<0.01)。结果提示,NO与氧自由基共同参与了HIE的发病过程,水平高低与疾病演变过程一致。及时监测,可协助判断预后,对于较重的HIE能及早发现,及时治疗。

Abstract:To approach the tendency changes of the serum NO and MDA in hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) of the newborn,we measured the levels of the serum NO and MDA of 70 cases with HIE and 30 normal cases as a compared group.We found the levels of the serum NO and MDA at 24-36 hours afterborn were significantly higher in the HIE cases than in the compared group,and the higer,the HIE more serious,at afterborn 5-7 days,the levels were all reduced (P<0.01).As a result, No and oxygen free radical (OFR)are all join in the occurence process of the HIE.The levels of the serum NO and MDA are accord with the HIE development.Detecting the levels of the serum NO and MDA can help us to dicide the preconception,find and treat the more serious HIE as soon as possible.
