高强度超声破坏兔肝肿瘤营养血管的彩色多普勒能量图和病理观察

摘    要:目的:观察高强度超声(HIU)对肿瘤营养血管的破坏作用。方法:采用二维灰阶、彩色多普勒能量图和病理结合的方法,观察HIU对兔VX2脏脏肿瘤营养血管破坏的情况。结果:HIU治疗后,肿瘤组织回声增强,彩色多普勒能量图显示肿瘤组织内部血管影明显减少或消失,病理学检查方法显示肿瘤营养血管和肿瘤组织凝固性坏死。结论:HIU可能较完全破坏肿瘤营养血管,从而有可能抑制肿瘤的再生和转移,促使肿瘤良性化。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the damage effect of high intensity ulstrasound(HIU)for carcinomatic vascularities.The effect is important for HIU to inhibitit tumor growth,metastases and transfer it into benign state.Methods:The animal models of the VX 2 tumor in the rabbit liver were set up,and histological examination combined with grey scale ultrasonography and the color Doppler energy was observed.Results:After HIU treatment,the ultrasonography echo intensity of tumor tissue was increased,while the imaging of carcnoma vascularities with the tumor were decreased or dismissed.Histological examination indicated that HIU made carcinoma vascularities within the whole tumor tissue coagulative necrosis.Conclusions:HIU may damage carcinoma vascularities thoroughly,in such away it may inhibit tumor growth and metastases,that makes tumor return benign form.
