二溴海因消毒剂消毒性能的试验研究

为了解二溴海因消毒剂杀菌效果及毒性,对其进行了悬液定量杀菌试验、稳定性试验及毒性试验。结果,含二溴海因125 mg/L的消毒液作用3 m in对悬液中金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值>5.00,100 mg/L的消毒液作用3m in对大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值>5.00;以含900 mg/L的二溴海因消毒液作用5 m in对悬液中白色念珠菌的杀灭对数值>5.00。小鼠急性经口LD50>5000 mg/kg体重,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞无致微核作用。用含二溴海因1500mg/L的该消毒剂溶液浸泡四种金属片72 h,对不锈钢无腐蚀,对铝片轻度腐蚀,对铜片中度腐蚀,对碳钢重度腐蚀。该消毒剂经37℃存放90 d二溴海因下降率为1.10%。结果显示,该消毒剂具有良好的杀菌效果,性能稳定,属实际无毒物,无致微核作用,对金属有腐蚀性。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON DISINFECTION PROPERTY OF DIBROMOHYDANTOIN DISINFECTANT

In order to know the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of dibromohydantoin disinfectant,suspension quantitative germicidal test,stability test and toxicity test were carried out.Results: The killing logarithms of Staphylococcus aureus in suspension exposed to the disinfection solution containing dibromohydantoin 125 mg/L for 3 min,Escherichia coli exposed to the disinfection solution containing dibromohydantoin 100 mg/L for 3 min and Candida albicans in suspension exposed to the disinfection solution containing dibromohydantoin 900 mg/L for 5 min were>5.00.Mouse acute oral LD_(50) was >5000 mg/kg body weight.It did not induce micronucleus formation in mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes.Immersion of 4 metal coupons in the disinfection solution containing dibromohydantoin 1500 mg/L for 72 h caused no corrosion of stainless steel,slight corrosion of aluminum coupon,moderate corrosion of copper coupon and heavy corrosion of carbon steel.After storing the disinfectant at 37℃ for 90 days,its dibromohydantoin content decreased by 1.10%.The results indicated that this disinfectant has good germicidal efficacy and no effect of inducing micronucleus formation.It is stable in property and corrosive to metals.It belongs to practically non-toxic substances.
