高校教职工心理健康状况调查分析

目的了解高校教职工的心理健康状况。方法使用精神症状自评量表(SCL-90)对2016名广东工业大学教职工进行调查。结果心理异常336例,占16.67%;女性心理异常检出率(19.03%)高于男性(14.40%),女性在躯体化、抑郁、恐怖因子分与男性相比,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论高校部分教职工存在不同程度的心理异常,尤其是女性,是心理维护的重点对象。

Mental Health of Staffs in University

Objective To study the mental health of university staffs.Method 2 016 staffs from Guangdong University of Technology were investigated by the Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90).Results 336 staffs(16.67%) were diagnosed with mental problem.The incidence of mental problem in females(19.03%) was higher than that in males(14.40%).The difference between women and men in the somatization,depression,terrorist factor scores was significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The mental problem has occurred to part of university staffs,especially females,which require psychological help.
